  • For a one-off transfer of Altitude Points to Velocity Points, click on 'Transfer Now'. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 3 Altitude Points, however, you must redeem a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points with additional increments in multiples of 500 Altitude Points at a time.

  • ^ The earning and redemption of Altitude Points are subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions. Purchases that are not eligible to earn Altitude Points are set out in the Altitude Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. You must have earned a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points before you can redeem for any Altitude reward. A minimum of 6 Altitude Points is required before points can be transferred to Velocity. You must transfer a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points to Velocity, with additional increments in multiples of 500 Altitude Points at a time to redeem the Velocity Bonus Points transfer promotion and receive 20% bonus Velocity Frequent Flyer Points.



  • *The Velocity Bonus Points transfer promotion is available to Altitude Rewards customers who transfer a minimum 3,000 Altitude Points to Velocity Frequent Flyer this May and June 2024 (Promotion Period) – transfer in both months to receive 15% bonus Velocity Points. Altitude Rewards customers must initiate a points transfer in each calendar month to meet the offer requirements. The 15% bonus Velocity Points will be calculated as the percentage of the base number of Velocity Points you will receive when you convert your Altitude Points to Velocity Points during the Promotion Period, before any other bonuses are applied. Bonus Points awarded are rounded to the nearest whole number (no fractional points are allocated). Please allow 3 business days for the processing of the transfers.   • You must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program to redeem Altitude Points for Velocity Frequent Flyer Points and your name, as it appears on your Velocity Frequent Flyer Account, must match the primary cardholder's name on your Altitude Rewards account. Once Altitude Points have been redeemed for Velocity Frequent Flyer Points, they are governed by the terms and conditions of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program (available at velocityfrequentflyer.com) and cannot be reversed. To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
